It resolves identity first with an explicit confidence level and refuses to guess between two people with the same name, researches the company and role from public sources only, then closes with three dated relevance signals, one outreach angle, a short opener, a fit-or-disqualify verdict, and what it could not find. First-run setup captures what you sell, your ICP, disqualifiers, proof points, channel and tone. Batch mode handles a list of names.
