Case Ledger (“we”, “us”) operates caseledger.ai. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are based in Australia and handle personal data in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are located in the EU/UK or California, the rights described in the “Your rights” section below apply to you as well.
Account and waitlist data. Name, email address, company, and role when you join the waitlist, create an account, or contact support. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth — we never store your password.
Payment data. When you purchase Lifetime access, an Annual subscription, an ROI unlock pack, or an automation from the marketplace, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe shares only the transaction status, amount, and a payment reference with us.
Usage data. Pages viewed and general site interactions, collected via Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) for aggregate traffic reporting. This may include IP address and device information.
Content you submit. If you submit a use case, request coverage of a topic, or upload an automation package for the marketplace, we store that content and associate it with your account.
To operate your account, process payments, and deliver the content and automations you buy.
To respond to support requests sent to support@caseledger.ai.
To understand aggregate site traffic and improve the product — page views and general usage patterns inform what we prioritise.
To detect abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Case Ledger, each acting as a data processor under contract:
We do not share personal data with advertisers. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Case Ledger, our users, or the public.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain records for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (typically 7 years for financial records, per Australian tax law).
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@caseledger.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion under the CCPA.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to browse public pages, but may limit account features.
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
