Terms of Service

Case Ledger is a searchable directory of AI use cases, ROI benchmarks, and downloadable automation agents. Some content is free; ROI benchmark data and detailed implementation content require a paid plan or an unlock credit.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Notify us immediately at support@caseledger.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase granting ongoing access to gated ROI data under these terms. Annual Pro renews automatically each year at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Unlock packs and single-benchmark unlocks are one-time, non-recurring purchases.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

If a purchased ROI unlock, subscription, or automation does not work as described, contact support@caseledger.ai within 14 days of purchase for a refund review. Refunds are not guaranteed once ROI data has been substantially accessed or an automation package has been downloaded, but we review every request in good faith.

Automations, workflow templates, and prompt packs listed on Case Ledger are created by third-party creators as well as Case Ledger itself. Purchasing an automation grants you a licence to use it as described on its listing page (the licence type is shown on each listing) — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you, and you may not resell or redistribute a purchased automation as your own product.

Case Ledger reviews marketplace submissions but does not guarantee that every automation is free of bugs, will integrate with your specific stack, or will produce a particular outcome. Automations are provided “as is.”

You may not scrape or bulk-extract the catalogue outside of normal browsing, resell access to gated content, attempt to bypass tier restrictions, or use the service to build a competing directory product from our data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

ROI figures are sourced and graded per our published methodology at /methodology. We aim for accuracy but figures are estimates drawn from third-party sources and should not be treated as financial advice or a guarantee of results for your specific implementation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Case Ledger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on ROI data or automations obtained through the marketplace. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
