Clear Deck Triage reads the mail window since your last pass and sorts every message into needs-you, needs-a-reply, needs-nothing or unsure against a rules file you own and edit, showing why each landed where it did. It then drafts the reply-bucket replies in your tone and signature for review. Onboarding captures your role, priority senders, escalation and noise topics, reply tone, and your own definition of what needs you. Corrections are logged back into the rules. It drafts but never sends, and never archives or deletes without confirmation. With no connector it triages a pasted list.
